Ms. Shilpa Gupte has been working with the Law Office of Dana Micheal Ritter since 1999. She has worked extensively in the areas of nonimmigrant visas like H/L/TN/B, family-based petitions, employment-based permanent residency (green cards) and naturalization. She has worked with our corporate clientele worldwide, including multi-national corporations to start-up companies and individuals from all educational and cultural backgrounds. Ms. Gupte's unique educational background, both in law and finance, enables her to work successfully with multi-national corporations regarding detailed financial documentation for their immigration applications.

Ms. Gupte's interest in immigration law stems from her personal experience as an immigrant from India. As a US citizen, she completed several major immigration processes and enjoys sharing her personal experience and legal expertise with other people immigrating to the US.

Ms. Gupte is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California where she received her Master of Law Degree in International Legal Studies. Ms. Gupte also received her Master of Law and Bachelor of Law Degree at the University of Bombay, India. Prior to law school, Ms. Gupte completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Bombay, India in Finance. Ms. Gupte is fluent in Marathi and Hindi.
